Pete Grosser - COO
Pete has more than 15 years of experience in financial services including senior management roles at finance and technology companies.
Most recently, Pete was Director of Operations at Zopa, where he was responsible for all loan origination and servicing activities. Before Zopa, Pete was Manager of Application Delivery at Chela Education Financing, a leading provider of student loans. Pete also served as a Senior Treasury Consultant at SunGard where he implemented treasury workstation systems and has held various roles at Bank of America including Project Manager for Interactive Banking, Product Consultant for Global Treasury Services and Internal Auditor.
Pete has a Bachelor's degree in Finance from California State University at Sacramento and is a Certified Treasury Professional.
Jeff Kukesh - Business Development
Jeff is responsible for all things numbers at oFlows including accounting, reporting, billing, and system reconciliation.
Prior to oFlows, Jeff managed Zopa's accounting, business reporting, bank reconciliations and business analysis. He also worked directly with Zopa's customers and credit union partners to resolve issues and continuously improve reporting capabilities.
Jeff has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Scott Pitts - CEO
Scott practiced corporate law before moving into senior executive roles in technology and financial services companies.
Prior to oFlows, Scott was the Managing Director at Zopa USA, a unique social finance company that brought the credit union movement's people-helping-people philosophy to a broader audience online. Before Zopa, Scott headed operations and planning at Chela Education Financing. At Chela he also managed an end-to-end in-house loan origination and servicing operation. Scott has served as the COO and General Counsel for several early stage Internet and technology start-ups.
Scott received his BA and JD from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Rajesh Jayaraman - CTO
Rajesh’s interests and experience are in financial services technology, payment systems and global software development.
Prior to oFlows, Rajesh was the CTO at Zopa, responsible for all engineering and technology operations. Before Zopa, Rajesh held multiple engineering and product management positions at Yodlee, a leading provider of online financial services software products. At Yodlee he helped build their online money transfer, account verification and wealth management products. Rajesh has also worked with Infosys Technologies, a global technology firm, where he developed billing systems for telecom clients.
Rajesh has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with distinction, from the National Institute of Technology, India.
